The Nikon Centre of Excellence for Optical Microscopy at Indian Institute of Technology Hyderabad provides super-resolution confocal, TIRF, widefield fluorescence and stereo fluorescence microscopes to support high quality imaging across various fields of research. The centre provides various types of support and advice for users concerning microscopic imaging, enabling highly specialized image acquisition and analysis, especially pertaining to in situ and correlative microscopy techniques. The centre will also assist in skill development in the field of optical microscopy, develop new sample preparation techniques and extend the applicability of the available microscopic techniques to newer systems.
