Nikons exklusive Vergütungstechnologie Nano Crystal Coat ist eine Antireflexbeschichtung aus ultrafeinen kristallinen Partikeln. Dies bildet eine vergleichsweise grobe Struktur, die den Reflexionsindex senkt, den Lichtdurchgang durch die Linsensysteme erleichtert, anstatt sie zu reflektieren, und somit überlegene Transmissionseigenschaften bietet.

This objective provides a high NA, large FOV and long working distance, and uses silicone oil with a refractive index approximating that of live cells as the immersion liquid. It enables clear observation even in the deeper regions of thick samples.

CFI Apochromat VC 60XC WI

A water immersion objective that ensures clear image acquisition even within the deep areas of samples. It corrects chromatic aberrations in the shorter wavelength range and is suitable for multicolor confocal imaging
