Case Study: OEM supply to box-type imagers

CFI Plan Apochromat Lambda D Series

The CFI Plan Apochromat Lambda D series achieves high image quality across a wide field of view of 25 mm and chromatic aberration correction over a wide wavelength range. These objective lenses are suitable for digital solutions that improve the accuracy of quantitative analysis and enable reliable data acquisition. Click here for more information on Lambda D

Many of the box-type imagers that we supply require objective lenses that can acquire high-quality images with a wide field of view to improve the quality of quantitative analysis. In addition, a good balance between numerical aperture and working distance is an essential element to facilitate device design, such as avoiding collisions during operation and downsizing the product.

The CFI Plan Apochromat Lambda D series meets these demands and is widely used as a component by companies that manufacture box-type imagers such as HCA devices, slide scanners, and DNA sequencers. Objective lens technology, which has evolved along with microscopes, contributes not only to our own microscopes but also to the products of our OEM customers.

In addition to supplying ready-made objective lenses as an OEM, we also supply other optical components, large and small, and accept custom orders for OEM orders, as well as the design and manufacture of optical units, including lenses, from scratch.
