A letter from Nikon Instruments Inc. President & CEO

Mar 21, 2020

To Our Valued Customers, Partners & Friends,

In light of the unprecedented circumstances around the world as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, our thoughts and prayers go out to those affected by the virus and their loved ones.

I am moved by the dedication and creativity of our Nikon teams who have been working remotely to keep our organization operational during this difficult time. As the situation evolves, we are closely following the recommendations of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) as well as federal/state/local health authorities. Nikon’s top priority is the health and safety of our customers, employees and the communities we serve.

Nikon Instruments Inc. has taken steps to ensure the safety of its employees by instituting office closings and remote work strategies in line with state and federal government mandates. These include the temporary closure of our service and operations center to prioritize the safety of our workforce and to help limit the spread of the virus.

Our sales, support and internal teams are working remotely as we continue to receive and ship orders, and provide remote support where possible.

Inquiries regarding service, application support and product may continue to be submitted through the contact section of our website.
