Ultra Fast Controllable LED Illumination for Microscopy

The pE-300^ultra is a compact and simple to use LED illumination unit. It provides a broad spectrum of illumination, covering the excitation bands of common fluorescent labelssuch as DAPI, CFP, Aqua, FITC, TRITC, TxRed, Cy5 and more. The pE-300^ultrafeatures individual channel on/off control and intensity adjustment (0-100%) via manual control pod or software.

The pE-300^ultraincludes multiple TTL inputs, for individual channel control, and inline excitation filter holders to provide microsecond switching of pre-filtered excitation light.

An important additional feature of the pE-300^ultra is that it includes CoolLED’s “Sequence Runner”multiple channel excitation mode. Users can define the order of their fluorophore capture using their pE-300^ultra Control Pod, then the pE-300^ultra light source can accept a single TTL output from the experiment set-up’s camera to initiate the step-through of a sequence of excitation channels.
