3D render of a combined second harmonic generation and fluorescence acquisition of collagen (cyan) and blood vessels labeled with Alexa Fluor 488 (magenta), respectively, in a mouse jaw. Imaging was performed using a CFI75 Apochromat LWD 20XC W objective lens and deconvolution with the NIS-Elements software.
