At the Nikon BioImaging Lab, we are committed to advancing scientific discovery by providing researchers with cutting-edge imaging technology and expert support. Our clients come from diverse fields and institutions, each bringing unique challenges and goals to our state-of-the-art facility. Don’t just take our word for it—read below to learn how the Nikon BioImaging Lab has empowered scientists, accelerated research, and made a difference in their work.
Through the Nucleate Activator Program’s Nikon Consultation Prize, we collaborated with the Nikon Bioimaging Lab to evaluate blood flow in complex vasculature in vivo. Together, we developed a robust pipeline for identifying the underlying vasculature and analyzing recanalization in fluoroscopy videos. We are grateful for their partnership in advancing our imaging analysis as we push forward towards improving thrombolytic solutions.
We have a constructive collaboration with the team of the Nikon Bioimaging Lab. Over the summer we adopted the ECLIPSE Ji high-content imager in our automated Ex vivo 3D micro-tumor testing platform. It is user-friendly and fast. Together we established a tailored design to connect the automated image capture with our multi parametric analysis pipeline. An efficient and smooth transition, contributing to a solid platform for predictive testing for cancer patients.
Collaborating with the Nikon BioImaging Lab was a truly rewarding experience as we ran our first target identification screen at STORM. Their technical expertise and hands-on support were key to building an automated, high-throughput imaging and analysis pipeline to screen arrayed knockout plates. Throughout the project, communication was clear and consistent on how to structure our assay to generate rich, multidimensional data. They’ve also been incredibly supportive in helping to run a secondary validation screen and discussing the expansion into new models. Their continued involvement has been instrumental in advancing the promising targets they helped us uncover.
