Making observations using light field microscopy.
Step1
- ❶Hold the arm of the microscope securely with both hands, and carry it to the desk.
Step2
- ❷Turn on the power and the light source.
- ❸Open the aperture of the condenser lens completely.
Step3
- ❹Align the diopter ring with the engraved base line.
- ❺Place the specimen slide on the stage.
Step4
- ❻Confirm the 10X objective lens is being in optical path.
- ❼Move the stage to the upper limit.
- ❽Adjust the brightness of the light source so that it is not dazzling when you look into it.
- ❾Adjust the focus while slowly lowering the stage.
Step5
- ❿Adjust the stage with moving handles to observe each part of the specimen.
