To commemorate the 100th anniversary of its microscope business, which reached this milestone in 2025, Nikon undertook a challenge to create the “Largest printed microscopic image mosaic (logo)” GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS™ title.

As a result, more than 2,800 microscopic images were collected, forming a completed artwork with a total area of 25.2 square meters. The mosaic was officially recognized as a GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS™ title on June 30, 2026.
