光学像素重新分配非常适合快速成像
无需特殊的图像计算或样品制备,即可在任何样品上以光学方式获取超分辨率图像。图像的拍摄仅受限于样品的信噪比和曝光时间,这也使得高速超分辨率成像成为可能。
以适当的放大倍率对发射光针孔进行微透镜处理,可以抵消通过非无限小的发射光针孔时的同轴照明点扩散函数和共聚焦有效点扩散函数(照明和探测点扩散函数的乘积)的不匹配。
通过微透镜处理,单个点在针孔上的发射角减小了2倍,等效于无限小理想针孔,但是不会影响信号的亮度。
